Sponsored by Union Bank of California Foundation, the series will begin February18th with panel discussion of AB 32, the Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006. A full panel of experts and a media industry moderator have been confirmed as well as a special welcome by Salon Series supporter and city leader, the Honorable José Huizar.
